This case study features a modern apartment building comprising several high-quality residential units, located in the charming heart of a smaller town in southern Germany. Newly constructed and structurally complete, the apartments were being marketed unfurnished. The goal was to attract a diverse range of buyers, from young professionals to families, seeking contemporary urban living in a desirable, tranquil setting.

Description
This project entailed designing and visualizing a grand double-height living room for a private residence, combining elegance, comfort, and contemporary aesthetics. The space needed to be both visually striking and practically livable.
Pain
The developer faced common challenges in selling multiple, unfurnished apartments within a newly completed building:

- Imagining Empty Spaces: Prospective buyers struggled to visualize the potential, scale, and functional layout of each individual, empty apartment. They couldn't easily grasp how their furniture would fit or how the space would feel lived-in.

- Lack of Emotional Appeal: Without furniture, decor, or human elements, the units felt impersonal and lacked the warmth needed to create an immediate emotional connection with potential residents.

Solution
We implemented a sophisticated, multi-faceted 3D visualization strategy for the entire apartment building:

1. High-Fidelity 3D Interior Visualizations: We created photorealistic 3D renderings for various apartment types (e.g., 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom), meticulously virtually staging living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms with contemporary furniture and decor. This brought each unique floor plan to life.

2. Detailed 3D Exterior & Common Area Visualizations: We produced stunning 3D renderings of the building's exterior, showcasing its architecture within the town context, as well as essential common areas like the lobby and hallways, highlighting their design and accessibility.

3. Interactive 3D Virtual Tours per Unit: Comprehensive 3D virtual tours were developed for select apartment types. These allowed prospects to seamlessly navigate through a fully virtually furnished unit online, gaining a realistic sense of space, light, and flow. The tours could be easily embedded in online listings and shared with potential buyers.
