A premium mid-rise development was attracting strong online traffic through 3D visuals and an interactive unit selector — but certain high-interest units weren’t selling. The sales team lacked clear, data-backed answers on why conversions were low.

Description
This project entailed designing and visualizing a grand double-height living room for a private residence, combining elegance, comfort, and contemporary aesthetics. The space needed to be both visually striking and practically livable.
Our Approach
We connected real-time analytics to track:

● Views, inquiries, and conversions for each unit type

● Conversion rates vs a 5% industry benchmark.

A heatmap revealed:

● 2BR Middle units: High views, lowest conversion (1.8%)

● 1BR Garden & Upper: Below benchmark despite good traffic

● 2BR Corner: Best performer, validating its design

Instead of reducing prices, we leveraged in-house visualization expertise:

● Restaged 2BR Middle with open layouts & brighter lighting

● Highlighted 1BR Garden’s outdoor space & privacy in visuals

● Created alternate staging scenarios for 1BR Upper to target multiple buyer types

● Equipped sales with insight-driven talking points
